Fix owo-lib not being present not properly turning off switchy-ui.

100% guaranteed breaks all addons & require updates. entrypoint names changed to switchy and switchy_client. mod should load on fabric. static{} style registration removed from modules (causes issues with some addons). Fixed lost puppy modules complaining on clients.
