aight so this isn't really an update, just a really quick fix. basically i was using GLSL version 460 which is like the latest version or something so i switched it to version 430 which means it should still work, just be compatible with older devices.
also i switched the fresnel of the water from one that supports total internal reflection to a more simple one because tbh it wasn't really needed.
im working on other projects currently so if there are any issues then it would be best to tell me quickly on something like reddit (u/TheJinxedArtist) but i dont check it often so idk...
oh yea and there are still issues with optifine versions so im removing that from the tag. it should still work but you might get some errors and bugs.

- Screen space reflections with PBR support (+total-internal-reflection for semi-accurate underwater reflections).
- Support for emissive textures.
- Other bugfixes.
- The environment becomes more reflective during rain, to simulate puddles (still needs work).
