Update the pack format to show 1.21.5 as a supported version
All vanilla foods now have eating animations
Changes in v0.4
- Added animations to a couple new foods (full list below)
- Reduced the amount of frames in the sweet berries animation from 6 to 3
- Adjusted the rotations of food when eating them in third person, this is so that it looks better with mods such as NotEnoughAnimations

Other changes
- Beef now has 6 animation frames instead of 11 to match the other items in the pack
- Particles for carrots and golden carrots no longer have leaves
- Fixed some inconsistent timing on the first and last frames of the food animations
- added golden carrot animation (same as normal carrots)
- carrots now rotate while eating them in third person
- fixed carrots becoming too big while eating them
