Hide Chat Popup and Chat Bars

Change pack version to 15

Note: This will cause an error on older versions, but that can be ignored.

• Update pack version to 13 (1.19.4)
  • This will cause a red error on earlier versions, but that can be ignored as the pack will still work.

• Change pack version to 12 (Removes warning on 1.19.3)
• Add support for all languages

Note: On 1.19.1-1.19.2, you will see a red error, this is completely fine and you can ignore it.
