A simple addon to GriefPrevention that adds a command to transfer claim blocks from you to another player.

Requires: GriefPrevention

Usage: /transferclaimblocks <player> <quantity>
Permission: transferclaimblocks.command.transferclaimblocks
Description: Removes claimblocks from yourself and gives it to the other player.
