HuskHomes 4.4.5 updates the plugin locales and fixes an issue where the MariaDB driver could not be correctly located.

- Fixed the MariaDB driver not being correctly located during database initialization when the database type was set to
MARIADB.
To update from 4.4.x, just drag+drop.
