Update Lithium to 0.8.3
Update NCR to 1.7.2
(?) update c2me and vmp
Downgrade lithium to 0.8.0. As it turns out, 0.8.1 is like modrinth suddenly downgrading the search to curseforge's algorhythm. Won't miss that one bugfix for 40% more performance (even on servers, probaly!). Lithium 0.8.2 is set to fix the lag, for now, just stay on 0.8.0.
