What is this?
This pack exists because, frankly, it's insane that people are still clinging to a 10-year-old Minecraft version for Hypixel Skyblock (and just Hypixel in general). I that time I have graduated high school, graduated college, and gone through 4 gender identities. There are so many cool possibilities if we just moved on from 1.8.9 to a newer version. It's time to let go.
About the pack
The pack has two versions:

For those of you who refuse to move on, there is a 1.8.9 version that attempts to optimize it as much as possible.
FOR TEXTURE PACKS TO WORK YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL OPTIFINE YOURSELF

For everyone else there is a newer version (on whatever the most recent version all the mods I want support, I don't want to update the description every time that changes) with performance enhancements, visual mods, and full optifine replacement.
