removed a gap in interaction area in the middle of the dual toolrack. i don't know why the modder-me though he should leave that gap, but player-me thought that modder is an idiot.

- took care of textures for wood blocks with non-standard names. does not need DAG or any dependency.
- allowed woods with same name to have separate blocks. (not automatic. see wiki.)
- fix for crash caused by duplicate wood types (of course we supported duplicate modded wood and tried the mod with four types of maple but we didn't expect some mods (Vinery, etc) to have duplicated for vanilla woods). support for duplicates was going to be reworked anyway...
