Ever wondered why baby zombies are a thing, but baby skeletons are nowhere to be found? Wonder no more, Tiny Skeletons is here to change just that! A baby variant is added for normal skeletons, strays, and wither skeletons. And they all have unique behaviors to stand out from their adult variants!

▶️ Baby skeleton variants spawn just like baby zombies: Every time an adult skeleton spawns there is a 5% chance it will spawn as a baby instead.

▶️ Baby Skeletons use their bow for ranged combat. As soon as their target comes close enough, they will quickly switch to the wooden sword on their back, and turn to melee combat. Quite the challenge!

▶️ Baby Strays are equipped with snowballs and will throw those right in your face whenever they have the chance. But be careful: The snowballs have pebbles mixed in, so they deal a tiny amount of damage and knock you back on impact!

▶️ Baby Wither Skeletons are not aggressive at all! The complete opposite is the case: They are quite scared you will steal the wither skeleton skull they always carry with them. So they will try to flee as fast as they can when you come even a little bit close. When killed the skull is guaranteed to drop. If you do not want to kill such a cute creature to get the skull, give it a wither rose in exchange!

⏩ INSTALLATION REQUIRED ON CLIENT & REQUIRED ON SERVER

⏩ REQUIRES PUZZLES LIB TO BE INSTALLED (FABRIC & NEOFORGE)

⏩ REQUIRES FABRIC API TO BE INSTALLED (FABRIC)

⏩ REQUIRES FORGE CONFIG API PORT TO BE INSTALLED (FABRIC)

If available for a mod, configuration is possible directly from in-game using the mod menu (requires Mod Menu by Prospector to be installed on Fabric). Please note that on older Minecraft versions installing Forge Config Screens is also a requirement.

For manual configuration using an external text editor all files are found at .minecraft/config, named as MOD_ID-client.toml, MOD_ID-common.toml, or MOD_ID-server.toml, depending on the type of config. Not all types might exist for a mod, if any at all.

🌟 Thanks to Daveyx0 for inspiring the baby skeleton's combat behavior with the skeleton warrior from their Primitive Mobs mod.

🌟 Thanks to Globox_Z for some of the code for rendering items on the back of baby skeletons from their BackSlot mod.

🌟 Thanks to Furgle for inspiring baby wither skeletons carrying skulls from their Baby Mobs mod.

Modrinth is open source.
