Expands the emergency "lost puppy" data recovery system to include module enabled status, meaning disabled by default modules (like inventories) will also be backed up.

For clarification - Switchy is still a server-side mod! The client-side remains entirely optional and is in fact only an addon for switchy-client
, and will remain level in terms of features - though some may find it more intuitive than the command interface.
