Finally SPU has been updated to most recent versions.
However with this update I have removed the feature that remember where the resource pack was last ordered. This feature was buggy and honestly not required for most users who used the mod.

Added pre 1.19.3 support for the new features
Added the ability for the mod to remember where the resource pack was last ordered.
This update makes it so you don't have to keep reordering your resource packs each time you join a server. (The last position of the pack is saved per server)
Also have updated the disabling of resource packs to now trick servers that try to confirm you have actually loaded their pack

Disabling resource packs has been overhauled to now be configurable per server, and in-game!!!
To disable a resource pack all you have to do is in the edit server info screen, set "Server Resource Packs" to "Disabled" as shown in this image below.
Now next time you join the server, the pack will not be downloaded and applied. (To enable, disconnect and change the setting back to "Enabled")
Added a setting to prevent the loading and applying of server resource packs completely.
Configuration file can be found inside your .minecraft folder at config/spu.json
Changing this setting requires restarting your client
Supports 1.17 -> 1.19.2
