Chat processing based on Fabric API event is now the default. Therefore, Fabric API 0.75.0 and later are required for this feature.
The system property, rcl.LoadLegacyMixin, can be used re-enable the mixin based version if required.
This system property is temporary. A future release may remove mixin based version and the system property.
Make Forge Config API Port optional. Required at least version 4.2.10 if available.
