Marketplace is a simple and vanilla friendly mod inspired by the Minecraft Bedrock Marketplace and the well known Essentials and Vault plugins. This mod will add the native Minecraft Bedrock currency called, Minecoins. You can get Minecoins by killing mobs and selling your items. Unlike most other currency or store-like plugins and modifications, this one requires you to collect and give the items (by right-clicking) to a merchant villager (spawns when an enderman enters the village) to unlock purchasing these exact items on the market. This mechanic makes it so you still need to explore Minecraft fully, as intended by the gameplay designers, while cutting off the physical grind required for those who prefer to just relax and build.
This mod is still under development with only Minecraft items currently available for purchase after unlocking. It should be compatible with most mods relying on the default Minecraft tags. In the future, there might be custom compatibility to support a wider range of mods. If you are a server owner or a mod pack creator and wish to use this mod in your project, you're free too so long the modpack remains on Modrinth or CurseForge.
Under both Mojang's and my terms, you are not authorized to offer in-game Minecoins, whether standalone or part of a loot box/crate, from the mod in exchange for real world or digital currency such as crypto.
