Ing Ore and Deepslate Ing Ore, along side the Ing and gnI items

Adds a new ore (with its deepslate variant): the Ing Ore. This ore drops one Ing (it will drop more with Fortune), which is a blue circular item which can be crafted into a gnI, a similar item that is red. These items do not do anything.
