Added soft whitelists! When using hash mode, mods within the soft whitelist will be allowed alongside the modpack. This allows clients to use optional client mods that the owner has allowed.

For example: Server is using hash mode with Fabric API and InertiaAntiCheat, with Sodium within soft whitelist. Clients will be able to join with Fabric API and InertiaAntiCheat, or Fabric API, InertiaAntiCheat and Sodium.

Added end-to-end encryption! This will encrypt modlists from clients for better security. More details can be found in the wiki.

There might be some bugs with this version, so please report any bugs into this project's issues.

Redone config, now hashes and mods are in their own section, and you no longer have to enable hash checking to see hashes.

Added option to show titles (and subtitles) to frozen players.
