Edit: i forgot to add fabric api dependency so this will crash without fabric api, it has been fixed in 2.0.1

this only affected fabric as SkinShuffle isn't on forge.

- Removes Fabric API entirely, it is not needed
- Compresses the icon even more
- Removes Fabric Loader dependency for potentially better compat on Quilt (may not be needed but it was still pointless to have)
- Improves the 1.20 dependency
