v0.3 is going to add new content to the mod. It is being released in "pre-release" versions so the mod doesn't reach v0.3.12 before I add all the new content in a stable way

Things added in this release

• Relicense the mod from MIT to MPL 2.0
• Start working on the HDD block
• Add 2 more storage items
• Fix Embedded Computers not
