Added Moon flowers, which spawn exclusively in the alt dimension.
They can be used to brew a Potion of Shifting. Introduced the Potion of Shifting. When consumed, this potion shifts the player to the alt dimension.
Once the potion's effect expires, the player is automatically shifted back to the overworld at the location where the potion was consumed.
Updated the recipe for Shifting Diamonds.
They can now be crafted using 4 Diamond Blocks and 1 Emerald Block.
Added four new advancements:
Shifting Dimension: Obtained when a player first shifts dimensions.
Moon Flowers?: Obtained upon acquiring Moon flowers.
Shift a' Potion: Obtained when brewing a Potion of Shifting.
Alt Tools: Obtained when crafting all Alt Tools.
Introduced the gamerule "Spawn Moon Flowers," allowing customization of Moon flower spawning in the alt dimension.

-Introduced a new gamerule called "canShiftDimDefaultValue" to control whether players can shift dimensions upon joining the world, allowing for customization of default dimension shifting permissions.
-Implemented a new gamerule called "NeedsItemToShiftDimension," which, when set to true, requires players to possess the Shifting Diamond in order to shift dimensions.
-Added the Shifting Diamond item, which can be crafted using 4 Alternative Diamonds or traded from wandering trader. Right-clicking with the Shifting Diamond allows players to shift dimensions.
