Bug fixes.
A major update of DiggusMaximus.
It is for Minecraft 1.21.2 and 1.21.3.
Changes:
- Tag is supported in block group, block blocklist and custom tools now. (Use # to refer a tag just like vanilla datapacks.)
- Replace kryptconfig with cloth-config to build config screen. (It was included in our jar, no need to download manually.)
