First Step
Take any food item (modded included).
Second Step
Take 4 bottles of any potion effect (modded included). Make sure the effect, of those bottles, is the same.
Final Step
Combine everything inside the crafting table. Center the food item, surround it in a plus shape with potion bottles and get the result.
