-Fixed Speedster Color trails to no longer contain yellow

  • Lightning sparks are still yellow as is the throwable lightning
  • DNA Syringe added for Teleportation Mutations
  • Plasma Charge level 2 is now functioning
  • Fixed Kryptonian Solar Transference and trail bug -New Wolverine ability
  • Added New commands to change exp gain per level difficulty:
    • /fsang_difficulty_easy
    • /fsang_difficulty_medium
    • /fsang_difficulty_hard
  • Batman ablity has been revised and should be accessible
