TURTLECRAFT RESOURCE PACK UPDATE v8.0.0-pre1 for Minecraft 1.20.3-4

Changes:

• Updated pack version to 22 for 1.20.3 and above

• Removed animated ender chest texture, since 1.20.3-4 breaks it and I can't figure out how to fix it as of right now

• Rebranded v8.0.0 of the pack for 1.20.3-4, instead of 1.21, since the current snapshot features are made accessible in the former version
