Changed file name format from "[1.19.4-1.20.1]CWSM_ProgrammerArt_Fix_V1.3.1.zip" to "§5CWSM §dProgrammer Art Fix §e1.3.1.zip"

Also there is now a FWS addon for this pack! just below the main 1.3.1 file and it should be there. (also includes compatibility for vanilla mobs)
