Prominence II [FABRIC] v2.1.0
This is the biggest update that the talent tree has gotten as of now. Adding new nodes, changing its structure, new textures, balance changes and more. And this is just the beginning.
Another thing to note is the new power level system, which shows on top of your inventory. It is meant to display a general number that scales with your gear, stats and talent tree progression. It is an early implementation and it is not perfect, but should work as a general guide to compare your power in a generic way.
This version is also the first one to support cross-compatibility with Modrinth! The modrinth version is not yet public but will come out in the next few days. Stay tuned!
Changes
- Overhauled talent tree completely. New nodes, changes, and appearances
- Default keybind to open the talent tree is now N instead of K
- Added cross-compatibility with the Modrinth version (not public as of current release)
- Added prominent textures for some modded guis
- Added power level indicator on top of the inventory, higher gear & stats will get you higher power level
- Fixed crash when switching dimensions
- Fixed trinket slots not having textures for trinkets
- Fixed backpack's tool button not being visible
- Removed variant chests, make sure to swap to vanilla blocks before updating
Talent Tree Changes
- Start nodes are now path-like which give you unique bonuses
- Added Protector's, Rogue's and Archer's path (For tank, healer, dps melee or dps ranged)
- Added Pyro, enigmatic and frozen knowledge paths (For mages)
- Ice Archmage is now Frost Archmage
- Cat's Grace is now Legolas' Legacy
- Legolas' Legacy now adds handling to draw faster and have better accuracy with bows and crossbows
- Enhanced the appearance of final nodes
- Changed icons of some nodes
- Added Magic Penetration node
- Added Omnivampirism node
