Powers And Tiers:

S+ Tier; No Longer Human (a power similar to Dazai's ability from bungo stray dogs.)

S Tier; Plunder (This power can steal every power except Shinigami and No Longer Human powers)

S- Tier; Visual Mimicry (This power can copy every power except Plunder, Shinigami and No Longer Human powers)

A Tier; Daxamite (Dc Comics), Anti-Matter Manipulation

B Tier; Supe (Homelander Tv Series), Shinigami (Similar to Ichigo Kurosaki's Shinigami Powers), Weapon XI

C tier; Lightning Manipulation, Enhanced Titan Form, Supe (Regenerative Healing Factor)

To get the powers, craft Modified Hougyoku and right click on it and you now have the power (if you had a power from Cosmos before, it will be deleted and replaced with the same or different power, depending on your luck):
