World Play Time

Added the play time indicator to server entries too:

• It can be enabled in the config* (disabled by default)
• Its position can be configured to be either after the server name, before the player count, on the left or on the right
• The play time is counted by the mod, and not the game
• Suggested by sternschnaube

* The config can be accessed if Cloth Config API is installed, and if you're on Fabric, Mod Menu is installed as well (or edit the config/worldplaytime/config.json file manually)
