mobcap-modifierwas replaced withadditional-capacityin the mobspawning configuration.- Uses a constant value instead of a modifier as it isn't affected by changes in mobcap percentage.
- Very low mobcap percentages could otherwise cause spawners and such to basically never spawn with some configurations.
