Release 4.1.3 for MC 1.16.4

Changes:

- Added Thermal Series crops: Blizz, Blitz, Basalz, Signalum, Lumium, Enderium

- Added Powah crops: Energized Steel, Blazing Crystal, Niotic Crystal, Spirited Crystal, Uraninite

- Withers & Ender Dragons now drop essence when killed with an essence weapon

  - the Wither drops 1-3 essence per kill, the Ender Dragon drops 2-4

  - the tier of essence dropped depends on the tier of the weapon (ex. Supremium Sword for Supremium Essence)

- Fixed crop names not being white in HWYLA tooltips
