- Re-added mountains.
- Fixed crash on client when joining dedicated servers.
- Made temperature influence on fog colors more profound.
- Added the caves world preset.
- Added the floating islands world preset.
- Reduced amount of arches.
- Added temporary support for large biomes and amplified presets. (They are currently just identical to default, but at least they aren't super messed up)
- Fixed structures generating huge cubes under them.
- Added water to caldera ocean caves.
