Fixes & Changes:

Fixed Ravager Roar Server crash.
Fixed Ravager going into wander mode when relogging back in.
Fixed Ravager right-clicking bug.
Fixed Fire, Frost Breathes, Shocking and Sonic Boom taking allied mobs as valid/affected targets.
Fixed Wraith's arms model texture conflicting with their robe.
Fixed "lichHealAmount" config not properly registered.
Shocking spell has been reworked so that the spell will target any nearby non-allied mobs when not directly pointing at one.
Haunts now have configurable Health and Attack Damage.
Punching a mob with an empty hand as a Lich gives Freezing instead of Slowness.
Reduced Soul Hunger duration when revived without enough Soul Energy as Lich from 10 minutes to 2 minutes.
Added Arrows to Ice Spike Focus recipe.
Tweaked Apostle title translation to consider the 'the' part of it.

Additions:

Dark Pressure Plate. Crafted by placing a Haunted Pressure Plate and an Ectoplasm on a Crafting Table. Responds only towards players.
