Fixes & Changes:

Forbidden Piece Recipe is more cheaper, requiring 1 Echo Shard instead of 4.
Haunted Armor Stands can turn into Haunted Armor Servants if all armor slots are filled, even if it's not filled with proper Armor (ie. Mob Heads for helmet slot).
Night Beacons, in their item form, are now immune to fire and explosions.
Wand and Staffs show Cast Time, or Cooldown if wandCooldown is enabled, of Spells if they're not instantaneous or continuous.
Changed Fireball Focus Recipe to use new Fire Breath Focus as the Altar Item instead of Blaze Fire Spawn Cage.
Changed Ice Spike spell default casting time from 40 ticks to 10 ticks.
Changed Ice Spike spell casting sound.
Changed Shockwave spell default casting time from 80 ticks to 20 ticks.
Changed Shockwave spell default soul cost from 40 to 80.
Cairn Necromancers shoot Ice Spikes more quicker.

Additions:

Fire Breath Spell. Transplanted from 1.16 version, causes the caster to breath a stream of fire, which damages any non-fire immune targets in front of them and causes them to catch fire. Can be enchanted to deal more damage, increase range or increase burning time.
Frost Breath Spell. Transplanted from 1.16 version, causes the caster to breath a stream of frost, which damages any non-freeze immune targets in front of them and causes them to gain Freezing effect. Can be enchanted to deal more damage, increase range or increase Freezing duration. Deals more damage to certain mobs like Blazes.
Shocking Spell. Causes the caster to shoot out sparks at a single target they're looking at. Only does damage and can be enchanted to increase said damage or range of effect.
Wither Skull Spell. Allows the caster to instantly shoot a Wither Skull at the direction they're looking at. Crouching while casting it, causes the Skull to be blue. Requires Unholy blood to craft in an Expert Nether Ritual.
