Release 3.1.10 for MC 1.16.5

Changes:

- Singularities are now synced during resource reload

  - this also includes syncing from server -> client on joining a server

  - this means /reload will now work for singularity changes/additions (similarly to recipes, so no need to restart the client when editing singularities)

- Improved performance of Ender Crafter & Crafting Core

  - they will now only check for matching recipes when the grid/items change

  - this should solve potential performance issues in packs with lots of recipes

- Added 'selected' text to selected recipe button tooltips in the auto crafting tables

- Ensure singularity JSON files are read using UTF-8 encoding

- Fixed Quantum Compressor ghost item rendering too dark
