Burning Furnace

- Added configuration to enable or disable the Underwater lit block interaction.

- Added configuration for the transformation using the smoker powered by a generator.

- Changed the color of the name for the dry enchanted golden apple item and the dry golden apple.

- Made the "dry enchanted golden apple" enchanted.

- Fixed an issue with the flint and steel item not properly reducing the item value in every scenario. (ex. tnt, campfire)

- Added plant and snow destruction when using flint and steel with gunpowder as fuel.

- Added sound for the generator while it has fuel. The sound volume will be based on the amount of fuel.

- Disabled interaction with the smoker when the generator is nearby. This feature ensures that the smoker does its job one thing at a time.

- Items will be dropped out of the smoker, and the block will reset its fuel value when a generator is placed on one of the sides of the smoker block.

- Rewrote the code for Lit Furnace/ Smoker/ Blast Furnace interaction.

- The Cooking Pan block cannot be placed over an empty space or a non-solid block.

There is a bug with flint and steel item while using burned food powder item, which uses the burned food powder as gunpowder fuel.
