Rewritestick.mcfunction to use execute as @e[...] statements to improve performance
Rewrites various mob functions based on point 1 to improve performance
Mobs with dashes don't use them if the player is already really close
Evoker fangs are correctly tripled over long distances
Thrown potions are only checked once to see if they are witch potions, rather than every tick
Spider webs use a different sound effect
Reorganizes certain functions so that the damage command is always called from a separate file, allowing the datapack to work as intended from 1.17-1.19.3
